This policy applies now. It covers the app and the website as they are today, including reels, comments, transcripts, invites, connected accounts and creator rewards. We update it and change the effective date whenever the product changes what it processes.

संसाधित डेटा

वैकल्पिक iPhone सूचनाएँ

ऐप सात दिन से पुरानी कतारबद्ध रिपोर्ट हटा देता है। साझा करना बंद करने से नई रिपोर्टिंग रुकती है और कतार वाली रिपोर्ट हटाने का अनुरोध जाता है; पहले से प्राप्त रिपोर्ट वापस नहीं ली जातीं। हमारा अपना डायग्नोस्टिक स्टोर प्राप्ति के सात दिन बाद रिकॉर्ड हटाता है, सफ़ाई सर्वर शुरू होने पर और चलते समय हर घंटे होती है। इसलिए सेवा चलते समय सफ़ाई में एक घंटा और लग सकता है, या अगली शुरुआत तक। यह अवधि एनालिटिक्स, सूचना रिकॉर्ड, इन्फ़्रास्ट्रक्चर लॉग और बैकअप से अलग है। कलेक्टर दर-सीमा के लिए मेमोरी में अस्थायी पहचानकर्ता इस्तेमाल करता है और स्रोत IP पते अपने डायग्नोस्टिक डेटाबेस में नहीं लिखता। ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम की क्रैश रिपोर्ट कब उपलब्ध होंगी यह Apple तय करता है, इसलिए डिलीवरी हमेशा तत्काल नहीं होती।

डिवाइस का स्थानीय डेटा

iPhone ऐप आपके डिवाइस पर वॉलेट रिकवरी सामग्री बनाता या आयात करता है और एन्क्रिप्टेड वॉलेट सामग्री iOS Keychain में रखता है। ऐप के स्थानीय आयात फ़्लो में डाले गए रिकवरी फ़्रेज़ और स्थानीय हस्ताक्षर के लिए प्रयुक्त प्राइवेट की MemeSwap के सर्वर पर नहीं भेजे जाते। सार्वजनिक वॉलेट पते, ऐप प्राथमिकताएँ और सूचना पंजीकरण स्थिति भी डिवाइस पर ही रहती हैं।

MemeSwap प्राथमिकताओं, ऑनबोर्डिंग स्थिति, जुड़े वॉलेट के रिकॉर्ड, मुफ़्त आर्केड पहचान या क्रेडिट और मोबाइल वॉलेट हैंडऑफ़ के लिए ब्राउज़र स्टोरेज इस्तेमाल कर सकता है। Phantom हैंडऑफ़ वॉलेट सत्र क्रेडेंशियल, dapp एन्क्रिप्शन कुंजी सामग्री और लंबित अनुरोध स्थिति इसी ऑरिजिन के IndexedDB में रखते हैं ताकि एन्क्रिप्टेड कॉलबैक पूरे हो सकें; यह डेटा डिवाइस पर ही रहता है जब तक कोई दुर्भावनापूर्ण कोड या ब्राउज़र तक पहुँच रखने वाला व्यक्ति उसे न ले ले। आवश्यक स्टोरेज माँगी गई सुविधाओं को सहारा देता है; हम इसे विज्ञापन सहमति नहीं कहते। आप इसे ब्राउज़र सेटिंग्स में साफ़ कर सकते हैं, जिससे स्थानीय स्थिति रीसेट हो सकती है।

उद्देश्य, साझा करना और प्रतिधारण

हम डेटा इसलिए संसाधित करते हैं ताकि माँगी गई सुविधाएँ दे सकें, दुरुपयोग रोक सकें, खराबी सुलझा सकें, सेवा सुरक्षित रख सकें और कानून का पालन कर सकें। MemeSwap सीमित प्रथम-पक्ष उत्पाद इवेंट दर्ज करता है, जैसे पेज व्यू, वॉलेट कनेक्शन की सफलता, कोट अनुरोध, ट्रांजैक्शन प्रस्तुति या पुष्टि, और छोटा किया गया व संशोधित क्लाइंट त्रुटि संदेश। प्रथम-पक्ष एनालिटिक्स इवेंट 90 दिन बाद हटा दिए जाते हैं। कैंपेन पैरामीटर मौजूदा ब्राउज़र सत्र तक रखे जा सकते हैं। इन इवेंट में वॉलेट पते, ट्रांजैक्शन हैश, ट्रेड राशि या स्थायी विज्ञापन पहचानकर्ता नहीं होते। रूट, RPC, वॉलेट कनेक्टिविटी और होस्टिंग प्रदाता अपनी सेवाएँ देने के लिए ज़रूरी डेटा पा सकते हैं। पोर्टफ़ोलियो या रिले सुविधाओं के उपयोग पर सार्वजनिक वॉलेट पते और हस्ताक्षरित ट्रांजैक्शन बाइट RPC प्रदाताओं को भेजे जा सकते हैं। यहाँ बताए गए फ़्लो में MemeSwap के सर्वर रिकवरी फ़्रेज़ या प्राइवेट की एकत्र नहीं करते। उत्पादन प्रतिधारण अवधि और विक्रेता समझौते लॉन्च से पहले तय होने चाहिए; सुरक्षा लॉग केवल उतने समय रखे जाएँ जितना उचित रूप से आवश्यक हो।

सूचना विकल्प और प्रतिधारण

डेस्कटॉप वॉलेट रिकवरी

आपके विकल्प और अधिकार

आप वॉलेट हटा सकते हैं, स्थानीय स्टोरेज साफ़ कर सकते हैं और हमारे नियंत्रण वाले डेटा तक पहुँच, सुधार या विलोपन का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं, कानूनी अपवादों के अधीन। सार्वजनिक ब्लॉकचेन रिकॉर्ड MemeSwap नहीं मिटा सकता। अमेरिकी राज्यों के अनुसार अधिकार अलग-अलग हैं; हमसे संपर्क करें, हम सत्यापित कर यथोचित उत्तर देंगे। अपील भी इसी माध्यम से भेजी जा सकती है।

सुरक्षा, बच्चे और परिवर्तन

हम उचित सुरक्षा उपाय अपनाते हैं, पर कोई भी सिस्टम जोखिम-मुक्त नहीं है। MemeSwap 18 वर्ष से कम आयु वालों के लिए नहीं है। महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनों पर प्रभावी तिथि अद्यतन होगी।

Reels and what you post

When you post a reel we process the video, its thumbnail, the caption, the token it is about, the time it was recorded and uploaded, and a hash of the file. Reels, captions, comments, likes, follows, shares and view counts are public. Anyone can see them in the app and on the website, and every reel has a public share page. Your public wallet address is shown alongside everything you post.

What is said in your video

Every reel is transcribed so that it can be searched and screened. Transcription runs on our own machine using a local speech-to-text model. The audio is extracted to a temporary file, transcribed, and that file is deleted when the job finishes. No audio and no video is sent to any third party for this. The resulting transcript is stored with the reel, is used for search and safety screening, and part of it may be shown publicly on the reel.

Safety screening

Before a reel is published we screen it. We hash the file to detect re-uploads, sample a small number of frames and score them with a local model for adult content and graphic violence, and check the caption and transcript against the posting rules. The scores are stored with the reel so that a human reviewer can see them. All of this runs on our own machine. A reel that does not clear the screen is held for a person to review and is not published in the meantime.

Contacts

If you use invites, the app reads the address book on your phone so it can show you who to invite. Your contacts are not uploaded, are not sent to our servers, and are not matched against our users. They stay on the device. You can refuse the permission and the rest of the app works normally.

Connected social accounts

If you connect a TikTok or Instagram account we receive an access token from that provider and your handle on it. The token is stored encrypted and is used only for what you connected it for. Disconnecting deletes the token, and so does deleting your MemeSwap account.

Creator rewards

If the creator rewards programme is running and you earn from it, we keep a record of what was earned, for which reel, and when. Payments are made on a public blockchain and are therefore public. Any tax on what you earn is yours to handle; we do not withhold and we do not give tax advice.

Moderation and legal records

When content is reported, removed or restored, we record the decision, who made it and when, in a tamper-evident log. If someone sends us a legal removal request about your content we record that request and what we did about it. Some of these records are kept even if you later delete your account, for the narrow reasons listed below.

Deleting your MemeSwap account

In the app: Settings, then MemeSwap account, then "Delete my MemeSwap account". You are asked to type DELETE, and you are shown a receipt of exactly what was removed.

Your wallet is not your MemeSwap account. The private key is in your phone's Keychain and your balance is on public blockchains. We have never been able to read, move or delete either, and deleting your account does not try to. Removing the wallet from the device is a separate action in the same screen, and only your recovery phrase brings it back.

Deleting the account removes your reels and the stored video files, your comments, likes, follows, blocks, views and shares, other people's likes and comments on your reels, your avatar, your profile and display name, your connected accounts and their tokens, your push registrations and balance snapshots, your invites, and your swipe history. Sessions and delegate keys are revoked first, so nothing already in flight can write afterwards.

Four things are deliberately kept, and the receipt names each one:

Content under a legal or moderation hold: a reel we are legally required to preserve, or a reel or comment under an unresolved report of illegal material. Kept with your address replaced by the word "erased".
An unresolved report you filed about somebody else, kept the same way, so that deleting an account cannot be used to empty the moderation queue.
Your strike and suspension record, which keeps your address. Without it, a suspended account could be deleted and recreated with a clean record, which would make the suspension meaningless.
One otherwise empty row holding your address and an opt-out flag, which is what keeps the address off the leaderboards permanently. Your address is something the blockchain already publishes about every transaction you have ever made.

A reel that a reviewer merely hid, as adult content or as spam, is not kept, and neither is one still waiting in the review queue. There is no legal duty to keep either, so keeping them would be retaining exactly the data you asked us to erase.

Anonymous product counters, which record only a day, a step and a count and contain no address, device or install identifier, are not affected because there is nothing in them attributable to you.
