This policy applies now. It covers the app and the website as they are today, including reels, comments, transcripts, invites, connected accounts and creator rewards. We update it and change the effective date whenever the product changes what it processes.

Agentic Labs LLC가 MemeSwap을 운영합니다. 공개 지갑 주소는 가명이며 반드시 익명은 아니고, 온체인 활동은 공개되어 있습니다.

처리하는 데이터

데이터나 경로를 요청하면 서버는 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 브라우저 및 기기 정보, 선택한 체인, 공개 지갑 주소, 해당 공개 주소의 보유 내역, 토큰 주소, 경로 파라미터, 중계를 위해 제출된 이미 서명된 솔라나 트랜잭션, 보안 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 의견을 보내거나 이메일을 주시면 제공하신 내용과 연락처를 처리합니다. 복구 문구나 개인 키는 절대 보내지 마세요.

선택적 iPhone 알림

입금 알림은 기본적으로 꺼져 있습니다. 켜면 MemeSwap은 Apple 푸시 알림 서비스(APNs)의 기기 토큰, 전송 환경, 그리고 EVM 체인, 솔라나, Sui, TON에 대한 지갑의 공개 주소를 받습니다. 서버는 그 연결 관계, 등록 시각, 전송 실패 카운터를 자산 식별자, 수량, 심볼, 체인이 포함된 잔액 스냅샷과 함께 저장합니다. 잔액 증가를 감지하기 위해 앱이 닫혀 있을 때를 포함해 해당 공개 주소에 대해 포트폴리오 공급자에게 주기적으로 조회합니다. Apple은 기기 토큰과 금액, 자산, 체인, 자산 식별자를 포함한 알림 내용을 받습니다. 알림 문구는 iPhone 알림 설정에 따라 표시될 수 있습니다.

iPhone 안정성 보고서

iPhone 앱에서 "안정성 보고서 공유"는 실제 지갑에 대해 기본으로 켜져 있으며 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 데모 모드에서는 보고서가 전송되지 않습니다. 보고서에는 무작위 이벤트 식별자, 이벤트 시각, 앱 및 운영체제 버전, 네트워크 환경, 고정된 충돌, 멈춤, 오류 분류, 가능한 경우 대략적인 지속 시간, 그리고 오류 위치를 찾는 데 쓰이는 앱 바이너리 식별자와 코드 오프셋이 담깁니다. 이 보고서 본문에는 지갑 주소, 잔액, 거래 내역, 키, 복구 문구가 들어 있지 않습니다. 보고서는 HTTPS로 전송되며, 호스팅 및 네트워크 공급자는 IP 주소 같은 연결 메타데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

앱은 대기열에 7일 넘게 있던 보고서를 폐기합니다. 공유를 끄면 새 보고가 중단되고 대기 중인 보고서의 삭제를 요청하지만, 이미 수신된 보고서는 회수되지 않습니다. 자체 진단 저장소는 수신 후 7일이 지난 기록을 삭제하며, 서버 시작 시와 실행 중 매시간 정리합니다. 따라서 서비스가 실행 중일 때 정리에 최대 한 시간이 더 걸릴 수 있고, 그렇지 않으면 다음 시작 때 수행됩니다. 이 기간은 분석, 알림 기록, 인프라 로그, 백업과는 별개입니다. 수집기는 속도 제한을 위해 메모리상의 임시 식별자를 사용하며 출발지 IP 주소를 진단 데이터베이스에 기록하지 않습니다. 운영체제 충돌 보고서가 언제 제공되는지는 Apple이 정하므로 전달이 항상 즉시는 아닙니다.

기기의 로컬 데이터

iPhone 앱은 지갑 복구 자료를 사용자 기기에서 생성하거나 가져오고, 암호화된 지갑 자료를 iOS 키체인에 저장합니다. 앱의 로컬 가져오기 절차에서 입력한 복구 문구와 로컬 서명에 쓰인 개인 키는 MemeSwap 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 공개 지갑 주소, 앱 환경설정, 알림 등록 상태도 기기에 저장됩니다.

MemeSwap은 환경설정, 온보딩 상태, 연결된 지갑 기록, 무료 아케이드 식별자나 크레딧, 모바일 지갑 연동을 위해 브라우저 저장소를 사용할 수 있습니다. Phantom 연동은 암호화된 응답을 완료할 수 있도록 지갑 세션 자격 증명, dapp 암호화 키 자료, 대기 중인 요청 상태를 이 오리진의 IndexedDB에 저장합니다. 이 데이터는 악성 코드나 브라우저에 접근할 수 있는 사람이 가져가지 않는 한 기기에 남습니다. 필요한 저장소는 요청된 기능을 지원하는 것이며, 광고 동의로 설명하지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 지울 수 있고, 그 경우 로컬 상태가 초기화될 수 있습니다.

이용 목적, 공유, 보관

요청한 기능 제공, 남용 방지, 오류 디버깅, 서비스 보호, 법령 준수를 위해 데이터를 처리합니다. MemeSwap은 페이지 조회, 지갑 연결 성공, 견적 요청, 트랜잭션 제출 또는 확인, 축약되고 정제된 클라이언트 오류 메시지 같은 제한된 자체 제품 이벤트를 기록합니다. 자체 분석 이벤트는 90일 후 삭제됩니다. 캠페인 파라미터는 현재 브라우저 세션 동안 유지될 수 있습니다. 이 이벤트에는 지갑 주소, 트랜잭션 해시, 거래 금액, 지속적 광고 식별자가 포함되지 않습니다. 경로, RPC, 지갑 연결, 호스팅 공급자는 서비스 수행에 필요한 데이터를 받을 수 있습니다. 포트폴리오나 중계 기능을 사용할 때 공개 지갑 주소와 서명된 트랜잭션 바이트가 RPC 공급자에게 전송될 수 있습니다. 여기 설명된 흐름에서 MemeSwap 서버는 복구 문구나 개인 키를 수집하지 않습니다. 프로덕션 보관 기간과 공급업체 계약은 출시 전에 확정되어야 하며, 보안 로그는 합리적으로 필요한 기간만 보관해야 합니다.

알림 선택과 보관

iPhone 앱에서 "입금 시 알림"을 끄거나 지갑 제거 절차를 사용하면, 해당 기기에 현재 저장된 APNs 토큰과 연결된 등록 정보와 잔액 스냅샷의 삭제를 요청합니다. 요청이 실패하면 앱은 그 토큰을 로컬에 보관하고 다음 실행 시 또는 지갑이 준비되었을 때 다시 시도합니다. 오프라인 상태에서는 즉시 삭제가 아닙니다. iOS 알림 권한만 변경하거나 앱을 삭제하는 것만으로는 이 삭제 요청이 전송되지 않습니다.

현재 알림 등록부에는 자동 만료가 없습니다. 알림 기록, 운영 로그, 백업, 공급자가 보유한 데이터의 보관 기간은 아직 확정되지 않았으며, 위의 자체 분석 기간은 이 기록에 적용되지 않습니다. 기기 토큰이 바뀐 뒤 예전 등록이 남아 별도의 삭제 검토가 필요할 수 있습니다. 저희가 통제하는 데이터에 관해서는 [email protected]로 연락해 주세요. 복구 문구나 개인 키는 절대 보내지 마세요.

데스크톱 지갑 복구

Mac에서 복구 도구는 암호화된 백업을 만들거나 복원할 목적으로만 macOS 키체인의 평문 지갑 자격 증명을 처리하며, 평문 자격 증명은 업로드되지 않습니다. 암호화된 .msrb 백업은 사용자가 통제하는 저장물입니다. 암호화된 클라우드 폴더를 포함해 어디에 보관할지는 사용자가 정합니다. Agentic Labs에는 이 백업이나 그 복구 문구에 대한 예치나 복구 수단이 없습니다.

데스크톱 복구 절차는 분석 데이터, 원격 복구 요청, 복구 문구, 개인 키, 백업 파일 내용을 Agentic Labs로 전송하지 않습니다. 복구 세션 데이터는 진행 중인 로컬 절차 동안 메모리에만 있으며 절차가 끝나면 지워집니다.

선택권과 권리

지갑 연결을 해제하고, 로컬 저장소를 지우고, 저희가 통제하는 데이터에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제를 법적 예외의 범위에서 요청할 수 있습니다. 공개 블록체인 기록은 MemeSwap이 삭제할 수 없습니다. 미국 주별로 권리가 다릅니다. 연락 주시면 확인 후 해당하는 대로 답변드립니다. 이의 제기도 같은 경로로 보내실 수 있습니다.

보안, 아동, 변경

합리적인 보호 조치를 사용하지만 위험이 전혀 없는 시스템은 없습니다. MemeSwap은 18세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 중요한 변경 시 시행일이 갱신됩니다.

Reels and what you post

When you post a reel we process the video, its thumbnail, the caption, the token it is about, the time it was recorded and uploaded, and a hash of the file. Reels, captions, comments, likes, follows, shares and view counts are public. Anyone can see them in the app and on the website, and every reel has a public share page. Your public wallet address is shown alongside everything you post.

What is said in your video

Every reel is transcribed so that it can be searched and screened. Transcription runs on our own machine using a local speech-to-text model. The audio is extracted to a temporary file, transcribed, and that file is deleted when the job finishes. No audio and no video is sent to any third party for this. The resulting transcript is stored with the reel, is used for search and safety screening, and part of it may be shown publicly on the reel.

Safety screening

Before a reel is published we screen it. We hash the file to detect re-uploads, sample a small number of frames and score them with a local model for adult content and graphic violence, and check the caption and transcript against the posting rules. The scores are stored with the reel so that a human reviewer can see them. All of this runs on our own machine. A reel that does not clear the screen is held for a person to review and is not published in the meantime.

Contacts

If you use invites, the app reads the address book on your phone so it can show you who to invite. Your contacts are not uploaded, are not sent to our servers, and are not matched against our users. They stay on the device. You can refuse the permission and the rest of the app works normally.

Connected social accounts

If you connect a TikTok or Instagram account we receive an access token from that provider and your handle on it. The token is stored encrypted and is used only for what you connected it for. Disconnecting deletes the token, and so does deleting your MemeSwap account.

Creator rewards

If the creator rewards programme is running and you earn from it, we keep a record of what was earned, for which reel, and when. Payments are made on a public blockchain and are therefore public. Any tax on what you earn is yours to handle; we do not withhold and we do not give tax advice.

Moderation and legal records

When content is reported, removed or restored, we record the decision, who made it and when, in a tamper-evident log. If someone sends us a legal removal request about your content we record that request and what we did about it. Some of these records are kept even if you later delete your account, for the narrow reasons listed below.

Deleting your MemeSwap account

In the app: Settings, then MemeSwap account, then "Delete my MemeSwap account". You are asked to type DELETE, and you are shown a receipt of exactly what was removed.

Your wallet is not your MemeSwap account. The private key is in your phone's Keychain and your balance is on public blockchains. We have never been able to read, move or delete either, and deleting your account does not try to. Removing the wallet from the device is a separate action in the same screen, and only your recovery phrase brings it back.

Deleting the account removes your reels and the stored video files, your comments, likes, follows, blocks, views and shares, other people's likes and comments on your reels, your avatar, your profile and display name, your connected accounts and their tokens, your push registrations and balance snapshots, your invites, and your swipe history. Sessions and delegate keys are revoked first, so nothing already in flight can write afterwards.

Four things are deliberately kept, and the receipt names each one:

Content under a legal or moderation hold: a reel we are legally required to preserve, or a reel or comment under an unresolved report of illegal material. Kept with your address replaced by the word "erased".
An unresolved report you filed about somebody else, kept the same way, so that deleting an account cannot be used to empty the moderation queue.
Your strike and suspension record, which keeps your address. Without it, a suspended account could be deleted and recreated with a clean record, which would make the suspension meaningless.
One otherwise empty row holding your address and an opt-out flag, which is what keeps the address off the leaderboards permanently. Your address is something the blockchain already publishes about every transaction you have ever made.

A reel that a reviewer merely hid, as adult content or as spam, is not kept, and neither is one still waiting in the review queue. There is no legal duty to keep either, so keeping them would be retaining exactly the data you asked us to erase.

Anonymous product counters, which record only a day, a step and a count and contain no address, device or install identifier, are not affected because there is nothing in them attributable to you.
