These terms apply now. They cover the swap interface, the wallet, reels and comments, creator rewards and the Arcade beta. We update them and change the effective date when the product changes.

MemeSwap™은 미국 텍사스주 샌안토니오 78261의 Agentic Labs LLC가 운영하는 소프트웨어 인터페이스입니다. 이용함으로써 본 약관과 위험 고지, 개인정보 처리방침에 동의하게 됩니다.

이용 자격과 허용되는 사용

만 18세 이상이어야 하고 법적으로 동의할 능력이 있어야 하며, 이용이 금지된 관할지에 있거나 상시 거주해서는 안 됩니다. MemeSwap을 법률, 제재, 법원 명령, 제3자 권리를 위반하거나 시장 조작, 사기, 자금세탁, 시스템 악용, 통제 회피에 사용할 수 없습니다.

비수탁형 인터페이스

Native MemeSwap wallet flows create or import wallet material on your device and use it for local signing. Connected-wallet flows use third-party wallets to sign. MemeSwap’s servers do not receive your recovery phrase or private keys from these flows. Quotes, routes, tokens, bridges, RPCs and data may come from independent providers. MemeSwap operates hosted website, API and routing services; these and third-party services can pause, fail or restrict access. Self-custody does not mean every service connection is decentralized or that public wallet activity is private. Fees and risks are described in the Fee Disclosure and Risk Disclosure. Review the chain, token contract, recipient, amount, approvals, slippage, minimum received and fees before signing. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

아케이드 베타

공개 아케이드는 현재 현금 가치가 없는 무료 플레이 크레딧을 사용합니다. 크레딧은 구매, 이전, 인출, 교환할 수 없습니다. 토큰 입금과 지급은 비활성화되어 있습니다. 토큰 기반 모드가 도입되기 전에는 별도로 검토된 약관이 적용됩니다.

가용성, 보증, 책임

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 변경, 중단, 종료될 수 있습니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Agentic Labs LLC는 묵시적 보증을 부인하며 간접, 특별, 부수적, 결과적 손해와 제3자 서비스, 시장 변동, 실패한 경로, 지갑 침해, 이용자 과실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 포기할 수 없는 소비자 권리는 그대로 유지됩니다.

면책, 변경, 준거법

법이 허용하는 범위에서, 위법한 사용이나 약관 위반으로 발생한 청구에 대해 Agentic Labs LLC를 방어하고 면책하는 데 동의합니다. 중요한 변경에는 새로운 시행일이 표시됩니다. 이용자에게 적용되는 강행규정을 배제하지 않는 범위에서 텍사스주 법이 적용됩니다. 구속력 있는 법률이 달리 정하지 않는 한 관할은 텍사스주 벡사 카운티입니다.

What you post

You keep ownership of the videos, captions and comments you post. You give MemeSwap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transcode, transcribe, display and distribute that content so that we can run the service, and to show it on public share pages and in previews on other sites when someone shares it. The licence lasts while the content is on the service and for a short period afterwards while backups and caches expire. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for anything we are required to keep.

You promise that you have the right to post what you post, that it does not infringe anybody else's rights, and that everyone appearing in it agreed to appear in it.

What you may not post

No sexual content, no graphic violence, no harassment or abuse of a person, no content that promotes a scam, no spam or repetitive posting, no faked engagement, no impersonation, and nothing illegal. Nothing sexual involving a minor, ever: we report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as United States law requires, preserve it as the law requires, and end the account.

You may not post a video of somebody in an intimate situation without their consent. If you find one of yourself, use the removal page.

Screening, removal, strikes and appeals

Every upload is screened automatically before it is published, and anything the screen cannot clear is held for a person to review. We may remove content and suspend accounts under these terms. Removal is not automatic punishment: an automated hide never counts against you on its own, only a person confirming it does.

A confirmed breach is a strike. Strikes expire, and how long depends on what it was for. Three active strikes suspends posting for 30 days, four for 90 days, and five suspends indefinitely. Illegal content suspends indefinitely on the first occasion. While suspended you can still read, watch and appeal, but you cannot post, comment or follow.

You can appeal any removal from your own reels list in the app. A person reads it and replies in plain words. If we got it wrong, the content comes back and the strike goes with it. Every suspension can be reversed.

Reporting content, and copyright

Report a video from the report control on the video itself. For an intimate image of you posted without consent, use the removal page, which does not require an account and which we act on within 48 hours. For copyright, use the copyright page, which carries our designated agent details, the notice and counter-notice process, and our repeat infringer policy. We end the accounts of repeat infringers.

Creator rewards

If the creator rewards programme is running, a share of the fee on a purchase made from your reel may be paid to you. We make no promise of earnings of any amount. The programme, its rates and which tokens qualify can change or stop at any time, and it is off by default for some categories of token.

Any tax on what you earn is yours to handle. We do not withhold tax and we do not give tax advice.

You must not accept payment or anything else of value to promote a token without saying so clearly in the video or the caption. Undisclosed paid promotion is a breach of these terms and of United States advertising rules. Nothing posted on MemeSwap by anyone, including us, is investment advice.

Deleting your account

You can delete your MemeSwap account in the app, in Settings. It removes your content and your social records. It does not and cannot delete your wallet: the private key is on your phone and your balance is on public blockchains. A small number of records are kept, each one named in the receipt you are shown and listed in the privacy policy.
